FTP Hosting package includes our Free
FTP Software. It is a Java applet which can be used on both PC's and Mac's
with our FTP host. The applet allows you to upload, download and manage your FTP
site through your Internet browser. When you purchase one of our FTP Hosting
packages, you will receive instructions on using this feature. For additional

What is FTP?
FTP ('File Transfer Protocol') is a
way to quickly upload and download files on the Internet. An FTP Site on the
Internet can store a number of files (they could be application executables,
graphics, or audio clips, for example), and runs an FTP server host application that
waits for transfer requests. To download a file to your own system or upload a
file to the server, you run an FTP client application that connects to the FTP
server host and request a file from a particular directory or folder. We
recommend WS FTP for PC's, Fetch
FTP for Mac users or our Free
Java FTP client for exclusive use with our hosting packages. Internet
browsers also have the ability to establish FTP connections. Many Internet
Service Providers limit the size of email attachments and space on their servers
(around 5mg). Using FTP and one of our site hosting packages, you are only
limited by the amount of FTP space you are allocated on the server.

*Recurring monthly packages are billed month-to-month and you
can cancel at any time. Recurring billing on monthly ftp hosting packages will be stopped
once we receive notice of cancellation. Your account will remain active through
the end of the billing period in which you cancel. **Annual ftp
hosting packages are billed once. There is no obligation to
continue service at the end of the twelve month term. We will send a reminder
email notice shortly before the package expires. The notice will include a
payment link you can use if you wish to renew your ftp host service for another twelve
months. ***All 30-day trials will have the option to continue services on a monthly
basis without additional setup fees. You will receive an email
approximately 5 to 7 days before the end of your trial period with
information on how to continue or cancel your ftp service. You can cancel at any time.
